This data center, on site of the Titan development at Moses Lake Washington, was designed and built for the primary data center of a multi-national enterprise. The data center was commissions in 07, and since reaching full operations, the site has achieved an enviable track record of uptime performance.
With the introduction of virtualization and global consolidation, the Moses Lake site has become redundant. The current occupant desires to exit the facility at the end of the current calendar year. Existing agreements and inprovements may be assumed by a new occupant under attractive terms relative to green eld construction.
