Development Target: 10 GW in 5 Years
Powered Land and Industrial Compute Capacity in Development
WDC is developing a portfolio of industrial compute sites across North America – from regional developments to gigawatt-scale, connected AI campuses. We are working toward a development target of 10 GW in five years.
Qualification Criteria
Grid Availability
6-cent or less power to qualify utility profiles
Minimum Scalability
100 MW+ scalability with defined interconnection path
Hybrid Expansibility
Expansion through onsite or adjacent hybrid (solar, wind, gas) generation
Entitled Readiness
Clear entitlement path and development feasibility
Active Opportunities (In Contract / Negotiation)
A high-level view of our priority sites in key strategic hubs, developed for immediate industrial scaling.

I74 Wired Listing
A 2MW telecom data center and office campus in Cincinnati, Ohio, is on sale.
The 65,000 sq ft (6,040 sqm) i74 Wired business campus at 2300 Montana Avenue went on the market on Sunday, and is listed at a price per sq ft of $85, totaling $5.5 million.
The property comes with backup generators and fiber connectivity, and is also home to a co-working space.
The building was formerly the headquarters of Cincom, a software firm founded in 1968 and sold to software company PartnerOne in 2024. The building was relaunched as i74 Wired around 2016.
The campus is also located close to the Interstate 74 highway.
Cincinnati is located close to Ohio’s western border with Indiana. Most of the state’s data centers are clustered around Columbus, the state capital, but Cincinnati is also home to a prominent hub.
