About Us
Converting Power, Land, and Capital into Compute Capacity
WiredRE is a global AI infrastructure development platform focused on converting power, land, and capital into financeable compute capacity.
As artificial intelligence drives unprecedented demand for digital infrastructure, the challenge is no longer demand creation. The challenge is execution.
Most projects fail because power, land, permitting, capital, and customer commitment are developed independently rather than in coordination. The result is delayed projects, stranded assets, and capacity that never reaches the market.
WiredRE was created to solve this coordination problem.
Through occupancy-driven development, power-first infrastructure planning, and an integrated ecosystem of industry participants, WiredRE helps transform infrastructure opportunities into deployable compute capacity.
Today, WiredRE supports hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprises, investors, energy asset owners, utilities, and developers seeking to participate in the industrial computing economy.
"The challenge is no longer demand creation. The challenge is execution."
By coordinating power, land, permitting, capital, and occupier demand, WiredRE accelerates the delivery of financeable compute capacity.
Why We Exist
The AI economy is creating one of the largest infrastructure investment cycles in modern history.
Delivering that infrastructure requires more than land acquisition, power procurement, or capital formation alone. It requires alignment.
WiredRE’s mission is to accelerate the delivery of compute capacity by coordinating the critical elements of infrastructure development:
Power
Secure, scalable power infrastructure aligned to compute demand.
Land
Powered land opportunities with permitting and entitlement clarity.
Capital
Access to capital and financing structures that support development.
Occupancy
Early engagement with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise operators.
Infrastructure Delivery
Execution capabilities to deliver powered land and deployable capacity.
By bringing these elements together earlier in the development cycle, projects become more financeable, more scalable, and more likely to achieve successful outcomes.
The WiredRE Platform
WiredRE operates as a development and coordination platform serving both supply-side and demand-side participants in the AI infrastructure market.
PREP – Power & Real Estate Partnership Program
PREP helps landowners, utilities, generators, and infrastructure owners monetize power and infrastructure assets by preparing opportunities for institutional development and capital deployment.
OPP – Occupier Partnership Program
OPP helps hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprises, and AI operators secure future capacity through early engagement and occupancy-driven development. Together, PREP and OPP help align infrastructure supply and compute demand, creating the conditions necessary for large-scale capacity deployment.
Development Through WDC
WiredRE Development Corp. (WDC) serves as the execution platform for development activities. WDC works with partners to identify, structure, develop, and monetize powered land opportunities ranging from regional edge deployments to gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure campuses. The company focuses on opportunities where power availability, occupier demand, and capital formation can be coordinated to accelerate development and create long-term value.
Market Intelligence Network
WiredRE is supported by a proprietary network of nearly 10,000-member expert network spanning energy, real estate, digital infrastructure, finance, engineering, and operations.
This ecosystem provides market intelligence, industry relationships, execution capabilities, and access to opportunities that are often unavailable through traditional channels.
The result is a continuous feedback loop connecting infrastructure owners, occupiers, capital providers, and development partners.
Market intelligence
Early signals on demand, supply, and market shifts.
Industry relationships
Access to owners, operators, capital providers, and developers.
Continuous feedback loop
Connecting supply and demand to accelerate project outcomes.
Leadership
Leadership
WiredRE was founded by Everett Thompson, a digital infrastructure entrepreneur with experience spanning data centers, energy infrastructure, real estate development, and fixed-asset finance.
Having entered the data center industry during the early growth years of Equinix and subsequently advising owners, operators, investors, utilities, and developers, Everett developed a multidisciplinary approach that integrates infrastructure development, capital formation, and market demand.
This perspective has contributed to projects involving hyperscale development, energy infrastructure monetization, digital infrastructure strategy, and large-scale AI capacity planning across North America and internationally.
Everett Thompson
CEO & Founder
20+ years of leadership in the energy sector, leading the development of over
1 GW of energy projects, including solar, wind, hydropower, and oil & gas.
Leveraging an engineering background, an expert operator with a record of founding and directing multiple energy development and EPC companies, and guiding government energy policy.

Building the Infrastructure Behind AI
Artificial intelligence is not simply a technology cycle. It is an infrastructure cycle.
WiredRE believes the future of AI depends on the successful deployment of energy, land, capital, and compute infrastructure at unprecedented scale.
Our role is to help make that capacity possible.
