Las Vegas Data Center – Cobalt Data Centers

Las Vegas Data Center Provider “Cobalt” is a 34,000 square foot, Tier III facility located 15 minutes from the downtown strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is in a marquee location in Summerlin, an upscale master-planned community that is twenty minutes from the strip, close to McCarran Airport, dining, retail locations, and Red Rock Recreation Area, known for its great hiking and rock climbing. In addition to the local amenities, the area boasts one of the lowest incidences of natural disasters in the U.S.. Las Vegas also has a positive business and tax environment (no corporate or personal state income tax).

Cobalt Cheyenne is a 5.5MW state of the art, redundant facility. Its simple, highly-efficient design reduces the risk of technical obsolescence and additional data center campus locations (Cimarron, Sahara, and St. Rose) ensure future expansion capabilities.

Flexibility and service are key drivers at Cobalt Cheyenne. The site offers wholesale, ‘build-to-suit’ colocation as well as retail colo, down to the cabinet. Either deployment option supports such innovative options as high-density, tri-redundant power, chimneyed cabinets with air for high-efficiency, N+2 cooling, and rich network access via Las Vegas Peering and Internet Exchange (“LV PIX”) located at Telecom Row on Sahara.
