The agreement unites the five entities to leverage one another’s industry expertise, unique capabilities and significant project history to market and deliver electromagnetic pulse (EMP), IEMI, HEMP, and Solar Flare-protected enterprise data center solutions. Under the teaming agreement, the five companies will seek mutually-beneficial opportunities incorporating EMP and Solar Flare-shielding technologies in the development of ultra-high resilient enterprise data center facilities.
The EMP GRID (Global Resilient Infrastructure Development) Services team collectively represents annual revenue in excess of $1.4 billion, more than 10 million square feet of delivered data center space and a project portfolio of more than 12,000 customers.
