CoreSite, started in 2001, has over 2.5 million square feet of data center capacity and is included in WiredRE’s “Big 6” data center providers.
In Q2 CoreSite signed 121 leases resulting in $9.4 million in annualized revenue, a value of $77,685 per annual client contract. This revenue breaks down to a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of $6,473 per client, 488 SF per client deals, and 24.4 cabinets per client.
CoreSite did see a 26,500 SF lease in the previous quarter to a large internet firm and over four of their leases were over 2,000 SF in this current quarter.
