Best known for Cobalt, the UK’s largest business park with two million sq ft, 12,000 employees, a four-star hotel, three data centers, conference facilities, and many national and international businesses, Highbridge has now disclosed plans for an 82-acre development in collaboration with North Tyneside Council.
Indigo Park will be an industrial site for manufacturers and distributors with the capability to generate 1,000 new jobs when it is fully developed. The development is located close to Gosforth Park and is available to be developed immediately.
Adrian Hill, director of Highbridge, stated, “We are delighted to have secured this outstanding development opportunity, particularly as the demand for well located large scale manufacturing and distribution units is increasing steadily.”
