(Jason) “Everett” Thompson, Founder and CEO

Everett Thompson has spent his entire career in large-scale asset development, sales, and finance. Prior to WiredRE, Mr. Thompson was National BDM, Asia-Pacific at Equinix, Inc., the global leader in carrier neutral colocation services.  Mr. Thompson also worked at the venture capital arm of Foster Wheeler, a Fortune 500 company, where he developed private power projects, as lead developer, in Asia-Pacific.  Mr. Thompson also held plant engineering and Global IT roles at Foster Wheeler Japan. He is fluent in Japanese.

Chainrai Waney, Vice President & COO, Wired Real Estate Group

Chainrai Waney has over 25 years of IT operations and data center management experience.  Prior to joining WiredRE, Mr. Waney held senior positions managing 24×7 Data Center Operations at Quantum Corporation, where he implemented the company’s first in-house disaster recovery program; Apple Computer Corp where he led the effort in the acquisition and build out of a 100,000 sq ft data center; and Netflix where he architected and managed data center infrastructure across eight locations. Mr. Waney has worked in the Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, and Entertainment industries.
