Fiber Depot is a six-story, 105,225 rentable square foot network access point (“NAP”) and telecom hotel, centrally located along the Second Street Corridor within San Francisco’s vibrant South of Market (“SOMA”) District.  Built in 1923, the former Hawley Terminal Building was originally constructed as a Southern Pacific Railroad terminal.  The Hawely Terminal began its conversion to telecom in 1982, utilizing its ideal location to the Bay Area’s primary fiber loops.
